Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are included and the new shipping label is clearly visible.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
